Terms of service

These public terms govern your use of TokenSpend during early access. Enterprise orders may add or replace specific terms.

Accounts and access

Keep account and API credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for ensuring authorized users comply with these terms. Do not use TokenSpend to violate law, abuse a service, bypass access controls, or interfere with the product or other users.

Early access and billing

TokenSpend is currently free during early access. Managed model usage draws down included or purchased credits at the displayed model rate. BYOK usage is billed by your provider. If paid plans return, applicable pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Enterprise pricing and commitments require a separate order.

Router and provider services

The Token Router sends requests to model providers and contracted inference processors. Model availability, output, and provider behavior can change. BYOK traffic also remains subject to your provider agreement. TokenSpend does not store prompt or response content by default. Optional request logging does not change downstream provider handling unless an Enterprise order says otherwise.

Managed access is also subject to the applicable model provider's acceptable-use and safety policies. You and your users must follow those policies. Do not use managed access for prohibited content or conduct, evade model safeguards, or make it available to sanctioned people or territories. TokenSpend may block or suspend requests to meet those obligations.

Your data

You retain your rights in data you submit. You authorize TokenSpend to process it to operate and improve the service, provide analytics and routing, maintain security, and support your workspace. Data handling is described in the Privacy notice and Trust center.

Service changes and termination

Early-access availability and features may change. You may stop using the service at any time. TokenSpend may suspend or terminate access for security risk, abuse, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. Material term changes will receive a new dated version on this site.

Changes

Version 1.2, August 21, 2026: made Router content logging opt-in and clarified downstream retention. Current and archived versions are listed in the legal version history.
