Questions
What is the fee?
5% of each credit purchase, taken from the amount you pay. It does not apply to token rates, and it is shown before you pay.
Is there a markup on tokens?
No. Managed usage draws down at each model's list price, and the receipt shows the breakdown.
Do you store my prompts?
Not by default. An admin can turn on encrypted request logging, which keeps a 30-day history.
